Almost 90% of today's buyers start their home search online. That statistic is why we as a company believe it is a vital component to marketing your home. Adequate online marketing will maximize the exposure your home will receive from qualified buyers. Your home will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service, as well as, other top real estate websites including Zillow, Yahoo Real Estate and Trulia to name just a few.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

 

Since majority of today’s home buyers start their real estate search on the internet.  This is why we believe it is absolutely vital to have professional photography to market your home in the best possible light online.  If your home looks great in pictures, buyers are going to want to take a look in person.

 

 

BROKERS’ OPEN

 

We believe it is important to utilize all available avenues to market your home.  That’s why we bring in other local real estate agents to tour the home for a broker’s open house, prior to any public open house, because we recognize that other local agents often have qualified buyers themselves.

 

 

STAGING

 

We realize not everyone’s home looks like homes in magazines.  During our initial consultation, we provide sellers with information on tips for getting your home ready for sale.  We can have your home staged so potential buyers don’t have to envision how a home can be lived in.  Most buyer’s today lack a vision for a home’s potential, which ends up taking longer to sell a home and results in diminished sale price.  We stage homes when necessary to mitigate this fact.

 

 

VIRTUAL TOURS AND FLOORPLANS

 

It can often be very difficult for online buyers to envision the layout of a home.  We include detailed floor plans in all of our marketing materials so buyers researching online don’t have to piece pictures together to figure out the floor plan of a home.  In addition, we often include online virtual tours so buyers can literally walk through your home on the internet to see what it’s all about.

We realize the tried and true method of conventional print advertising.  Although 90% of today’s buyers start the search for their new home on the internet, we want to capitalize on the additional 10% of buyers who don’t.  We will market your home in area newspapers and magazines, electronic and direct mail, as well as through traditional listing sheets to maximize your home’s exposure.
